Broad Beach Residence
Designed as a modern coastal extension of the architecture, the landscape integrates outdoor spaces directly into the structure of the home. The result supports daily living while maintaining a clean, restrained aesthetic.
Terraces and circulation paths organize movement between upper and lower levels with clarity. The pool, lounge, and dining areas are positioned for use and continuity, creating a landscape that feels structured, open, and connected to the coastal setting.
Design Approach
Hardscape defines the framework of the project. Concrete, stone, and steel establish levels, organize circulation, and create clearly defined outdoor spaces.
Planting softens the architecture and introduces contrast. Tropical and climate-appropriate species provide texture, scale, and privacy without overwhelming the space. Perimeter planting reinforces enclosure while maintaining openness toward key views.
Water and feature elements are integrated into the architecture, including the pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire feature. Materials are selected for durability and performance in a coastal environment.
The result is a residential landscape that is clear, functional, and built to last.
